Entity can help you in a number of ways. All of which are aimed at saving you money.

If you are new to EDI and need to start from scratch we can investigate and specify solutions that will give you a saving on the handling of paper documents.

If you need EDI software and you are looking to simply set up a send or receive with a single trading partner we have a number of cost effective solutions for particular industries. These are based on a number of modules collectively known as PRISM. PRISM is EDI Message Management software. If you only need to send one message it can be configured and delivered to do that job, without all the other baggage that typically arrives with EDI software, which can prove expensive if you do not have a use for it.

For example, in the insurance and financial services market we can offer a low cost solution for receiving Origo commission transfer information.

If you are already using EDI and you are a medium to large user, of EDI, a hub, or a large spoke in EDI parlance you probably have a well established EDI infrastructure. You may wish to maximise your EDI facility and rollout new messages from time to time, or introduce new trading partners. Your objective will be to manage your operational costs to ensure best value for money. Entity can help in two main ways.

outsource all or part (as a top-up) of your EDI support
if you are not using Information Exchange, let us show you how to save significant sums compared to other VANs

If you are already using EDI we can provide a variety of services to you, to assist and or support your operation. For example, you might wish to outsource your EDI support and maintenance completely, including new trading partner implementation and new message set up, or you may need to top-up your resources from time to time. Whichever you choose, you can have expert guidance at your fingertips and pay for what you use, as you use it.
