Our Recruitment And Selection Process

Our recruitment process is rigorous and painstaking and we make no apologies for it.  We always ask the question – where is the evidence?  Where is the evidence that this person can perform to the competence and level described on the CV? To answer that question we use a range of techniques based on the role and level. In this manner, we really get to know if a candidate is right for us, and a candidate gets to know if we are right for them. An individual does not have to be an expert but they must be able to demonstrate their potential to grow and develop.
