At Entity we believe that it is not so much what we do that really makes a difference to our customers, but the way we do it. We encourage our staff to develop a reasonable work/life balance, as all employers should, but having said that, work fills such a large proportion of our waking hours that it is important to draw as much enjoyment and satisfaction as possible from that work.
