Richard is responsible for solution delivery, product development and support. His goal in life is to see others achieve and perform through personal growth and development. With a science background he also gets very excited about trying new things, “if you are not trying (and sometimes failing), you are not learning.” He cut his teeth in Honda on a mission to drive up quality and customer satisfaction, and has never dropped that mission. “Satisfied customers are the best prospects and most potent advocates.”  

David has joined Entity from IBM Software Group, where he was EMEA General Manager for Public Sector MDM.  Prior to IBM he was responsible for the majority of Initiate Systems European growth over the 5 years from start-up.  In earlier roles he grew several European software operations including BEA Systems where he established the BEA Weblogic business.  David has joined Entity to focus on developing the business in terms of both sales growth and key new market opportunities in Enterprise Information Management.     

David is a technical architect and analyst with experience in most sectors. He specialises in managing the development of business systems that solve unusual and difficult business problems. He is a keen advocate of Agile methodologies, extreme scalability and cloud computing. David has over eleven years’ experience in software engineering and heads the technical department at Entity.

Sam has 12 years’ experience marketing products and services across the graphics, software and technology sectors. Sam’s ideas have been instrumental in product launches and the development of Entity’s pattern matching product.
